I have extensive training and experience in SkyDancing Tantra™ and have studied other forms of sacred sexuality including Taoist practices. Many of these practices can help increase both our connection to our bodies and our spirits and can help us explore and experience the connection between our sexuality and our spirituality. They can be wonderfully effective for greater embodiment and greater connection to our partners even without the spiritual component, and I often incorporate them into sessions.

Beginner's Tantric Practice

After a year and half in the east bay, we are re-starting in San Francisco soon! Come join us for an evening of tantric practice and connection. A typical evening includes a grounding meditation, a tantric practice, a group sharing and discussion followed by some time for socializing. Every practice we facilitate is something you can experience with a platonic friend. If you'd like more (consistent) time in meditation and practice, this is a wonderful opportunity. Beginners are welcome!
